With scores of shootings and killings in Baltimore and New Orleans…is there a community problem in both cities that’s not being honestly addressed? Over the Memorial Day Weekend – there were 29 shootings in Baltimore – 9 were killed. This month Baltimore had 35 murders. Who’s doing all the killing? Does life really matter? Did TLC do the right thing when they pulled “19 Kids & Counting” because a family member admitted to molesting children? Josh Duggar, an evangelical Christian from the Family Research Council and the TLC reality show admitted to molesting underage girls when he was a teenager.  He apologized and resigned from the FRC, and TLC pulled his TV show from the network’s lineup. Duggar endorsed Mike Huckabee for president and Huckabee stands by Josh Duggar and the family and says they deserve forgiveness. Is this a forgivable sin? Is this a big deal about something in someone’s past – or reason to judge? Do you forgive someone’s past? Is this something you could forgive?

Heavy rain yesterday led to a lot of flooding in some areas. St. Charles Parish was one of the areas hit with flooded streets. There was a problem with some people driving too fast through the flooded streets that can lead to water in someone’s house. Scoot asks, "What message do you have for those who drive fast through flooded streets?" Should there a penalty for their actions?

The Boy Scouts banned water balloon and squirt gun fights because they’ve been declared “dangerous!” Do you think that’s true? Do they have new meaning because of gun violence today? What did you do when you were young that would NEVER be tolerated today?
